Just got back from taking the kids to Disney. Who was playing bass in Epcot?

Hey Guys,
Just got back from Florida. What a trip! 2 little kids in Disney World. Boy they kept their Mom and Dad RUNNIN'! While we were visiting Epcot I saw a bassist using what looked like a Honeyburst Stingray 5 in front of the Morocco area. Really good stuff! I thought I saw someone post a picture recently of the bass. Just wondering if they were a forumite. Good player anyway!

Sorry, it wasn't me. Where we used to play at was called "Pleasure Island" in Downtown Disney. Pleasure Island has since closed and Downtown Disney has been expanded.

I'm both flattered and impressed that you remembered that I played somewhere at Disney.

I (and the rest of the band) were quite proud to be Disney performers and we sorely miss that gig. Disney does everything first class all the way.

I wish you could have seen us there.

My wife was at a conference in Orlando in late October and I took a few days off to spend some time down there with her since it was during the annual International Food and Wine Festival at Epcot. Yum!!

Anyway, I saw them playing when we were down there. This is going back several months, but if I remember correctly it was a 5H with a white pickguard? I should really remember since I have a thing for honeyburst Stingrays (see my avatar )

Oh, and did they also have the dancer performing with thme when you were there? She was kind of fun to watch, too.

Did it have a white pickup cover? If so, I saw him last year, really nice tone and great playing.
