I miss him also a lot and always have a mix of sadness and tender smile on my face when I see and old thread resurrection where he posted. His decoder ring avatar was so representative of our CIC ALOC

It's always painful when someone goes, and people spread over the world are brought together easier through the internet - maybe we need to set something up in his name? - Scholarship/Fund for struggling musicians, or a monthly lotto we all put into and the winner gets the money towards a new ball....

discuss.....

Spud,
I got this email from Michael's sister today...

"Just remembered I never sent you these pictures that I thought you might enjoy. Two of my nephews made Ernie Ball Albert Lee gremlin green guitar pinewood derby cars for boy scouts as a tribute to Uncle Michael. Neither knew the other was doing this until afterwards. They won a couple of awards including Best in Show and Most Unusual Looking."

Fred man - thanks for posting those pics. How intriguing that the boys designed these carts separately.
I'm sure that the Forum will agree that best wishes are passed onto Michaels sister thanking her for allowing us an insight into this poignant moment.
