Just ordered my first Bongo and my first MM!

Dear Guys, I just ordered my first LEFTY BONGO 5 HH STEALTH w/ a LINED FRETLESS EBONY fretboard, courtesy of the nice guys at BassCentral in Orlando, where I hung out for several hours trying different LH (and righty) MM basses and others, including some very expensive boutique basses.

The Bongo won hands down for sound and variety of tonal possibilities. The order person at MM told me they have never had a request for this particular combination. It's kind of a weird instrument, but it grew on me... It feels really good to hold and it sounds really cool...

They also told me delivery in about 3 months, I am very curious to know if you fellas think that's realistic? I will post pics ASAIA (As Soon As It Arrives.) We are talking a very dark colored bass! Very excited Thanks...

3-4 months is the average wait...

I ordered my Bongo in late September and it arrived on Tuesday. I live in Canada so that really is not too bad of a wait time. Basically three months for a custom order made to your specifications. You can't go wrong with a Ball!

Sounds great, let the countdown begin, it will be well worth the wait but sure you dont need telling that !
