You know I have been reading posts on this forum for a while now and have lately been more active at posting and replying. I find my self checking in about 5 to 10 times a day just to see what is new this forum is addictive for sure.
But really the reason I started this thread was to share the following thought with you guys: I was turned on to EB when JP came aboard. I am glad that happened because I discovered EB not only the products but the Customer Service and I could not believe how great they were. As time has passed and I have been more involved in the forum and are still surprised of how much this company seems to care about their customers. I don't mean to sound corny but it makes me want to buy one each of their Guitars, not only because they are such great instruments but to support a company that makes their customers feel appreciated.
Any way just a thought.:D

Couldn't agree more. Someone said on another thread that they felt 'more involved' with the company and that's a great description.

Music Man is definitely a big family. And like in a family, we try to help each others... So when we need to buy a guitar, it's better to stay in the family ...
