Keeping my guitar in tune

My guitar wont stay in tune at all. I have a affinity strat with a set of regular slinkys on. I generally play a lot of Pink Floyd, and during some of the solos, it wont stay in tune. I have to tune it half way through and start again, which is really bugging me, and I have to tune it after every song

Any ways i can fix this?

there are alot of things it could be......

some good starting points are:

strings stretched , & properly seated on the tuner posts ?
nut slots smooth , lubed & proper size ?
bridge post secure ?
bridge properly seated ?

a good setup technician you may need to properly evaluate........
