Killer AL shipped out today...

Thanks to Pete; it was a pleasure working with him on this guitar. And thanks to you all for the kind remarks. The AL arrived tonight with a 7:00 pm drop-off by UPS. After letting it warm up a bit, all I've been able to do is check it for damage and strum it a bit accoustically.

Boy, that ash/maple combo just rings when you strum it. I'll have a tone report and more photos later this weekend.

i was thinking the same thing, will wait for a BFR AL wih rosewood board, if it turns out like that!

I'm with you, man. I don't think I would have gone with a Blue Dawn AL if it didn't have rosewood. I would have waited for BFR or bought a 2006 LE.
