Off Topic (kinda OT) SR5 shaped Rock Band/Guitar Hero controller!

I was just browsing controllers to add a second guitar (or bass) for my recently acquired Rock Band 2 for Wii (it rocks! ) and came upon this fishy looking little item:

Is that legal? I guess it is because it doesn't have the EB headstock. If it is indeed legal, and if it were available for Wii (currently just for the playstations) I'd get that one in a heartbeat!
