About a month ago I purchased a JP6 from Nick and Pete DuBaldo and was completely satisfied with their service. I received the guitar before it was promised and it was beautiful.
I have not said anything on this forum until now because I found a slightly rough spot on the neck and I agonized about what to do about it. After stalling for too long in fear that I would have to send my new axe somewhere for work I wrote to EBMM customer service. AJ responded quickly and helped me with the problem. In less than 10 minutes the neck is as smooth as a baby's bottom and fast as all get out. I was smitten with this guitar before and now I am completely in love.
I bought an EBMM because of all the good things I have read on this forum, about both the dealers, DuBaldo in particular, and customer service. It sounded like hype but I got to say, it is true. I own some expensive Gibsons and a couple of others not worth mentioning but my jp6 has ascended to the #1 position in my lineup. I suspect it will be there unitl I buy my next EBMM.
