Hi there, first of all great forum.

I've been on the lookout for a used lefty Ernie Ball Axis or even a Sillouhette for the past few months, mainly on ebay and have yet to find one.And I was wondering in you're experience do these crop up very often?
I remember ebay used to have a function of searching past auctions so you could check what previous items had gone for,but I think now it only saves auction from the previous two weeks.
I would go for a new one but I can neither afford nor justify spending upwards of a £1000 on a guitar at the moment, anyways any advice is welcome.

Thanks

Hi there! Lefty EBMM do pop up on Ebay from time to time. I would say I see one every two or three months. Because they don't appear very often they do not seem to be such great deals, maybe 200-300$ less than a brand new one.

As a side note the Axis and Silhouette were never made in lefty configuration. However, you could find the Axis super Sport, Axis sport and the Silhouette Special. Check the MM website for the difference in specs. Oh, they're also offering the luke for leftys, but it's a fairly recent addition to their lineup so they're pretty rare on the bay...

Good luck!

I'll assume from your price referance you are from the UK.

This place always has lefty Axis' in stock, and somtimes secondhand ones, doesn't look like there's any second hand at the moment but worth keeping an eye on.

I bought my Axis Supersport from there a few months ago (right handed) and he looks after his stock really well.
