Hey Now,

Here's a couple of pics of my band's last jam before I moved.

The AL was given a serious workout and everyone loved how it sounded. Very full and articulate. My drummer and soundman loved the Rolls Burgundy and were blown away by the stellar quality of the finish.

Man, this AL is comfortable

Putting the AL through the paces

My son came to hear my band for the first time, after each song he would yell down from the top of the stairs to tell us we were too loud and sounded "horrible" :D :D Then he discovered the drums and........

I do like it with the non matching h stock.

how are you settling in ?

We're doing great and thanks for asking. :D

There is still plenty to do (including more unpacking) but it will get done. We basically doubled the size of our living space and now have to decide where to put everything.

I already snagged two local college kids who want lessons, and now have to search out the scene for a gig or two. I actually am thinking about trying to snag one with a top 40 act just for the easy loot. Not much time to showcase my abilities or tear it up, but I should be able to make some nice $$$$$$

I was thinking about changing my avatar, but now that I actually live in Vegas the vintage police pic of Ole Blue Eyes seems appropriate.

Great pic of your son. He's a natural.

Must've been an emotional jam.

Thanks, my son seems to truly love the drums so I may have to get him started on lessons soon.

The emotions were running high that night. After 16 years of practice and hundreds of gigs it was tough but incredible in the same breath. It was cool to relive so many memories. George (bassist) and Scott (drummer) and myself have actually been playing together for 18 years but when our original singer quit to front some other band, we scooped up Mike who is the best singer I've ever had the pleasure of playing with; ridiculous stage presence and vocal ability. We played for about an hour and a half and BS-ed for 3 more. I have to see the video we took once it's edited and I will put up a link.

Aww shucks, and I always thought it was you in the avatar!!

Hey I'll sign up for lessons - I need someone to crack the whip!

Should only take me 15 hours to get there? ;)
