Last try: Trade my sterling mop pickguard for your matte black one?

I posted a similiar tread to this one a couple of months back and if this is getting annoying delete at will. Looking to trade my MOP pickguard for a flat or matte black one like what was originally on my sterling. Trying to get out of spending the jack for a new one. Heres a pic of the MOP.
