Hey kids!

I just stumbled upon a picture of a LAVENDER PEARL Axis... in RadRock's signature... when was this color available? Is is still available? I've simply never seen it before.

I am kind of drooling over it, because it closely resembles my dream color. I'd love a Silhouette Special SSS-LH with a rosewood fretboard and a non-matching headstock in this color. If I had my say, it'd be next year's LE color. It's freakin' foxy!

Anyone got any other pictures of guitars/basses in this finish? I'd LOVE to see them. :D

Jimmy, yup Komps right Lavender Pearl has been discontinued for a while.

You can check out all of the colors that EBMM's had here:

As far as scoring a guitar in this color, keep your eyes on EvilBay man that's all I can say, they do show up every now and then.

I got first dibs!!! :D :D

Same here, when I saw that color I kind of fell in love. I want one pretty much just like that picture. I might go a couple of ways on other options. That Silo looks great too.

I played a JP yesterday and it was nice, but I just didn't like the thinner neck as much. The middle pickup selection was KILLER.

...reminds me of Fender's burgandy mist but better imo...

That's exactly what I was thinking. I even remember saying in an old post how much I wish EBMM would do a Burgandy Mist... guess yet again I was too slow because those clever kids all ready did one!

Thanks for all the insight and pictures... especially Fogman. You're like a ninja! :p

yuk i cant stand this colour!!!! which is good actually, one less colour to worry about getting!!!! already so many.

That's the cool part. The fact that not everyone will go for this color. Just like that White Sparkle axis with the blue hardware. I LOVED it, but most people were throwing up.

I had a T-shirt that colour about 15 years ago. I can't say it matched with much. It's the only shirt I had that didn't look good with blue jeans. :p

Mmm. Lavender.

I totally know how this color isn't a super-popular one. I have worked in two music stores, and have yet to see a Burgandy Mist or Lavender Pearl come through. I saw one that was made for NAMM last year from the Fender guys, but that's the only one in person.

It's true, Foggy; about the whole ninja bit. I think EVERY guy wants to be a ninja. Anyone that doesn't want to be a ninja is a blatant liar. Sweet picture... that almost looks like Shinobi! Ninja Gaiden maybe?

Good choice, Tristan. I am pretty sure if I can do anything about it, it'll be my next choice too!
