Back to cleaning the neck subject for a moment. When you guys talk of lemon oil for getting off the fretboard gunge, are we really talking about the pure natural oil of lemons? I mean do all you guys have guitars smelling of citrus fruits??? I'm not sure thats very "rock 'n roll"? :D

Can you recommend a brand or will any pure oil from a hippy fragrance place do? ;) (P.S. I'm in the UK)

Thanks
Steve

We mean lemon oil used for polishing furniture - and it's used in very, very conservative amounts (better to use too little and have to use a little more later, you know?). Personally, I use Hewes Old English lemon wood treatment oil, and it's worked great for me - oh ya, and it works on furniture too ;)
