Not just as in the great great guitars you guys make, but im seriously talking about the amazing customer service. My JP 6 string should be here within a week or two and even before I have it I know of the amazing customer service you guys offer. I read threads on here all the time with people pissed off, only to be extremely happy a page or so later because the OWNER of the company actually will post on these forums in addition to the techs also posting here. It's a great thing to be able to say that a guitar company as amazing as Ernie Ball is also able to be so great with customer service. I've never dealt with better people and I swear to god I never will. Ernie Ball for life!! Thank you so much :D

Ernie Ball are so good especially when it comes to customer service. Also that Sterling chap seems like a nice guy...

Once you go EB you never go back... I'm waiting on my second JP and wouldn't have anything else. I have not had the pleasure of dealing with customer service in a year's time (and pray i will never have to), but from what i've seen on here, they are top notch...

congrats on winning my repeat business and for creating the best guitars on the planet...

Thanks Isnt it funny that if you do what you are supposed to in this day and age you are special? That if you actually love what you do you arent normal?

This is business and I am a serial entprepeneur and a card carrying capitalist. The important thing to understand is that the return should always be on the back end.... after you have hopefully built and serviced a better mouse trap. It is those returns that enable you to grow and prosper. This is a strange concept for most but in business it is all about sequencing....
