Just some biased rambling from an old dog with too much time on his hands....

After a week or so, I have my latest Stingray dialed in. It was taken quite far away from the factory default settings and strung with the wrong strings, so it took awhile to get it right. And something struck me about all of this:

- Nearly every EBBM bass I've had, new or used, has only taken about a week max to " shake out".

- EVERY one of these necks dials in and ends up pretty much the same. At the specified factory settings.

- Every factory setting is actually the IDEAL setting. This is often not the case with others manufacturers IMHO.

- It is so damned nice to have a neck constructed in a way that the truss rod ACTUALLY CONTROLS THE ENTIRE LENGTH OF THE NECK! Trust me, this is usually not the case. Ski jumps, fall away? What is this? The Winter Olympics?

Thank you EBBM for the consistency and intelligent design!
