That's a real beauty - fingerboard looks maple but it says rosewood ????

It looks like Sweetwater just cut/pasted in the normal Luke III BFR description even though both of these are PDN versions with the maple board option.

Both are beauties.

Wait, Wait? On a Koa? Wait, what? Ummm. Holy moly. I like the matching headstock! Wow. How did I not know this PDN run covers koa BFR's?

That Koa would match the furniture in my house, now if the missus would just see it that way.......

I was planning to get a JP BFR Koa, because the Koa's weren't excluded this time.
But it would have cost around 6500€ over here, and thats just ridiculous. I'm really sad about this cause it would have been my Dream Guitar. I ordered a Bongo instead :D hope that arrives soon

Sweet but 3k? Oofffff. 2k would have had me pulling out my wallet.

You and me both, awesome but can get a Luke II much cheaper and well EMG not much tone difference and can get a Sunburst Cutlass 50% less.

Gents, $3k is for a BFR with Koa top + PDN Limited Edition. It's quite possibly 1 of 1 or so. This ain't no run o' the mill EBMM!
