I was messing around with my Rode NT1-A and figured I could post a short little video of my Silo Special after putting a Tone Zone in the bridge. The Playing is sloppy and unfocused, but whatevs. Enjoy.

It's the Guitar Straight into the ENGL Ritchie Blackmore head. Knobs at around noon on channel 4. Sound is direct into Photo Booth, no DAW used or anything.

Cool! I just put a Tone Zone in my girlfriends Silo! I had no idea that it was such a heavy pickup.:eek: Cool vid, cool sound, and especially cool guitar!:D

Nice, tight low end. Most TZ's I've heard don't sound as good...

I think it's the mix of using 250k Pots and the Engl. Tone Zones are usually a bit overbearing, but the 250k's I think help tame the high end, and the ENGL just seems to take whatever you throw at it and makes it tight as hell. This amp is a freak of nature.
