Looks Like Grandpa Liked EB Strings Too

Found these in my dobro case.

My grandfather departed in '86, I inherited his acoustic later on when I played a few ditties for my grandma. The thing dates back to about 1939!
I think he would've dug the aluminum bronze strings, which I have on it now.

Thanks Tollie, yeah I had a genuine “I’m not worthy!” moment, but I could tell she was really happy to pass it on to a new home, I couldn’t justify arguing with her about it
The whole guitar top to bottom was shellacked, helped it to withstand being in storage for years.
