Help! Loose piezo toggle

Hi guys! I need a little help here.
I bought a JP6 MD and I have it from december 15th.
When it arrived, I felt that the pickup toggle was tighter than the piezo toggle.
Now, almost a month later it's a little bit loose in the red arrow direction of the picture I'm attaching. The wierd thing here is it's just the lever, not the hex nut or the toggle body in the cavity.
It has more movement in the center position than the others.
Is there any way to fix it by myself?

If it's mechanically broken, you'll need to replace the switch. Not hard to do, but you'll have to solder (or get someone to do it for you). You can order the part directly from MM - drop them a line.

It doesn't feel broken, it feels a little loose. I was searching some pics of the toggle, and I found out that some of them have a little pivot from the side. Maybe this could help to tighten up the side to side movement of the toggle. Like this pic.

Is this the kind of toggle JP6 has?

No, not like those. As far as I know, there's no adjustment for the switch, but I could be wrong.

But again, if the play is an issue, just get a new switch. They're not expensive.

I tried to communicate with CS but they don't answer me. The guitar is brand new, will I have warranty problems if I change the toggle? and in this cases (mild issues), how does the warranty work?

Well they're probably really busy preparing for the NAMM show. Phone is always the best way to get an answer, though.

If the guitar was new, then contact the dealer you bought it from - they're who you would speak with about a warranty issue.
