Off Topic Loss of a loved one

Forgive me for imposing myself upon the knucklehead collective, but you guys are real family to me and I have to do this.

Greg Ackley, the drummer for Cool Shoes, one of the two bands I'm in, lost his mom to cancer Friday, 12/5, at about 5 pm. It was not a surprise, and she was resting comfortably at the end.

Greg is a wonderful guy and really good at bringing people together. He's also a hell of a drummer.

Please extend a thought, prayer or whatever you think appropriate.

adouglas and Greg, it will soon be 2 years since my own Mom passed on and I still feel the pain ... this was the lady who played the tunes for me while I played guitar with a broom as a 4year old
