Help! Lost JP13 Tremolo Arm

I am Ferdi from Jakarta, Indonesia.

I lost my JP13 tremolo arm and need to get a new one. Could you please help me how to get it?

The tremolo arm is very crucial for me.

The Serial Number is G56634 and the Certified Date is 10-21-13.
