Sup guys, im new to the forum, and I dont know much about technical stuff. Well my question is, how should I lower the action on my EBMM JP6? And how much should I lower it? Thanks a bunch!

Ps. Photos of your guitar's action would give me a nice idea too, if you could post em please. Thanks! :D

Edit: If someone could tell me when my guitar was made and if it was one of the first ones I would be greatful (if im wasting your time, dont do it ^^, just a curious fact).

Again, thanks.

My only advice would be, don't worry too much about measurements. Go for what feels right to you.

If the JP is anything like a Luke, don't go to low with the bridge posts or you'll get tuning problems when pulling up. I set the bridge as low as it'll go without going sharp after an up pull. Then I lower each string slowly, testing for buzz and also for fretting out if you bend them. Seems to work for me anyway. I'm a reluctant truss adjuster but if all strings are buzzing at one point on th eneck then I'll adjust it very gingerly.

(Waits for Jon to tell me to be quiet and that this is totally worng!!!)
