Thanks for a very cool thread. Very Jeff beck in the way Luke phrased the bends and the dynamics. The tune just keeps building, great playing. the Gold Luke actually ran into a Marshall stack?

I guess it was a bit double edged, if you read underneath he wrote it for the late Jeff Porcaro but in a Beck (big Idol of his)Cause We"ve Ended as Lovers type vein. A really excellent piece of music and playing, and also for a great cause, I am really looking foward to the documentary on Jason that should be coming out really soon.

that's great, I'd have never guessed it was that simple...guys at that level have all the toys they want but who needs a rack full of effects with tone like that?
