Lukather seems to have difficulties to be stoped on 1 luke prototype's configuration. HH? HSS? twice configurations for the namm?

I have seen Luke 10 days ago in France, his 2 prototypes sound amazing, with his new configuration pedalboard+bogner

Hope to have news for the Namm 2012

I would hope no more than the regular Lukes. If anything, the electronics should cost a little less. However, there may be little things here and there we don't know about yet.

About a month ago, in response to someone asking Luke about buying a used OLP Luke, he mentioned that he might want to hold off of purchasing the used OLP as there may be a lower cost LIII in the pipeline.

Can't wait to see what the Sterling lineup will be like next year too if it's true!

Definitely hoping for a formal announcement from EBMM with all the details. I hope the two humbucker version makes it into production. Huge bonus for me if the body wood is mahogany.

I was wondering the same thing. I remember seeing pics a long long time ago then no follow up. I'm just glad this is still moving forward.
