Does anybody know what the output impedance is on the Luke 3? Is it a buffered output/ low impedance like standard active pickups or just a high impedance out with a boost? I'm assuming low but can't find any info on EBMM support site. Will email them Monday, but curious now.

Interestingly, he's using a buffer on his pedalboard. I'm sure it must sound better, but I wouldn't think a buffer would be needed if the output is already low Z.

Well I guess Luke is not always playing active guitars :) he has an Axis Sport with Passive PUPs for instance and of course his Vintage Les Paul.
