Help! Luke BFR tone knob

Hey guys, I have to take off my tone knob so I can tighten the pot but for some reason the knob won't come off. I've unscrewed it and it still just won't come off. I also tried on my volume knob to see if my tone knob was somehow just stuck but the volume knob won't come off either. What am I missing here? I feel like a complete noob

If the set screw is unscrewed, it may just be a tight fit. Try using two teaspoons, round side down, one either side of a knob. Place the tip of the spoons under the edge of the knob and lift using the spoon handles. (Perhaps place a cloth where the spoons contact the top to protect the finish).
