Hi,
all of a sudden my LUKE doesn't have the output level (line signal) like before. I checked battery (replaced) and cabling. I´m pretty shure that the problem is the guitars electronics because my other LUKE'S are all fine.
When I plug in the guitar I`ll get a signal - but very very low. It sounds like the volume pot is around 1. No distortion at all - even in the hot channels of my DIEZEL amp.
Also checked the wiring of the guitar. Nothing broken. Highly appreciate any tips to solve the problem.
Thanks a lot
Michael

Hi Mick,
it is on every position of the switch. I checked last night with my other LUKE and a Voltmeter each position. Funny thing is that the value for the resistor (Ohm)inside the guitar (at the small motherboard) and also at the outside plug is the same on both guitars..
The value for MilliAmpere is different. The one which is faulty just have 1/10 value of the one which works fine. I think here is also the problem for the low output level ( U = R * I).
I didn't find any active electronic inside for the noice reduction etc. Maybe it's underneath the pickups or hopefully not inside the coated pickups.

I would like to prevent sending guitar to German service. So if anybody has a solution it would be very helpful.

Best regards
Michael
