Luke neck variations?

Now that I've played a couple of Lukes... the necks have all seemed to feel just slightly different from each other... Am I just imagining this or can this be true?

^ true. I have 4, all somewhat different.

They might seem different since they are hand sanded. It's the only thing that I can think of.
