Tyler's tone is fantastic. Without looking at him and his guitar, I don't think I would be able to tell he was playing EMGs in a Luke. I would just guess he was playing a Str@t.

I'd love to try out a Y2D, but I don't think any are available in my area. Morse is such a fantastic player.

Yeah, I'm becoming a lot more open minded about the EMGs...worst case scenario, is that I don't like them and swap them or sell the guitar.

Now, someone find me a LUKE BFR with a killer quilt top (black or walnut burst)

I played one in Guitar Center on Manhattan a couple of weeks ago (they still have a fixed bridge rosewood 20th as well) - try giving them a call!
