I just had a look at some video clips of Luke playing with Ringo's all star band and I noticed that all his recent guitars (Luke III HH, Luke III HSS and the true gold Luke II) have standard maple necks with just a rosewood fretboard on them. Did anybody else notice that?
I'm wondering what the story might be behind the neck swaps? Maybe someone of the helpful EB guys can bring some light to the dark!
