Well, i was cleaning out all the junk that accumulates in my guitar case's storage compartment and I started fliping through the product catalog that I still have laying around in there.

Now, my guitar came from a pretty cool year, cause there's all sorts of funky and interesting stuff going on in there (For example: the Axis is in there, but is on the last page, after the basses and has no name at all, either Axis or EVH, though the toggle is on the lower horn in the drawing of it) but the most interesting thing I noticed is that the Luke had a recessed floyd, and what's more is not listed as having any other bridge options at all.

I'm guessing that this catalog was put out right before the MM vintage trem was invented (the silo special in the book has the wilkinson trem, but mine has the MM vintage, though it was drilled for the 6-point bridge at some point, then had the holes dowelled before it was finished), so the Luke must have been switched over soon after. But what I'm wondering is, how many Lukes were actually made with the floyd, why have I never seen any, ever, and can someone post some pics of one?

Sorry for the rambling post :D

I have 2 of them.... The original LUKE model had a Floyd Rose as the only bridge option and came in Pearl Blue or Pearl Red only.
This was from 1994(?) through 1997 (maybe early 98) when the LUKE II with the vintage trem and new single coils was released.
