I just bought the EBMM JP6 and I'm confused over the double output selections. I have only one amplifier with a normal guitar cable. Are the dual outputs on the guitar intended to plug into two amplifiers to create a stereo sound? Or can I take advantage of this feature with just one amp? Please help!

You can use just one amp, just plug a normal guitar cable into the Stereo output (the one closest to the strap button)
There are 2 outputs so you can send the piezo signal to an acoustic amp, but you don't have to.

Awesome, thanks Phil. Also what's the point of the battery for the guitar? I've never had a guitar until now that requires batteries.

i think you meant the MONO jack for using only one amp.
with the mono-jack and a mono-cable, you can run the mag. and piezo pups to one amp.
you can use a second mono-cable as well, to run the mag. to your amp and the piezo to the PA.
or as the third option, use a stereocable to your rig, there you will need a split-box to split the signal and run one to the amp and the second to PA or use a stereo-Y-cable for this setup.

if you only want to use the mag. pups, use there stereo out-jack with a mono-cable. to me the mag- pups sound better with the stereo out-jack instead of the mono out-jack.

I concur - Joe is spot on with his reply
