Majesty color question

I am taking the plunge on a Majesty and I'm between the Polar Noir and the Arctic Dream,

Does anyone know if the arctic dream does the same color changing thing as mystic dream depending on the light? Or is it what you see is what you get?

Yes it changes color like the Mystic Dream.

It does change color like the Mystic Dream finish. It revolves around the same 3 colors (purple, green and blue) but it looks slightly different because the Mystic Dream has a gloss finish over it, while the Arctic Dream has a satin finish. I was in the same boat as you are now, the main difference being that I wanted the Arctic Dream for the purple on it. However, having never seen neither the Arctic Dream nor the Polar in person, I went with the Polar Noir. It arrived monday, and I must tell you, I couldn't be happier!! I really think you can't go wrong with either.
