My guess - it is the forearm scoop that is on most if not all JP's. Just a guess though. Thanks for the pics Pops. Looking good.

Looking at pictures some more...it looks like a carbon fiber inset/block along the center-line of the body. While the whole thing could have carbon fiber in it, the "grid" look appears to only be in the center.

I think we have two different switches here...but which one is for the piezo control. The piezo switch could be situated near the upper (horn) ;-)

I like the knob design with the traction grip around the knob. Well though out. Looks like it will be easy to do volume swells on it.
