Help! Majesty keeps restaring when using piezo

Hi,
my majesty keeps rebooting when I use piezo or mag/piezo together.
With magnetic the guitar is working fine.

I'm using the guitar in stereo mode, with a stereo cable...

Have you checked the Battery ?

Restarting I mean that I hear the sound goes off, I see the light close to the battery turn red (as when I detach the cable) and blink two times blue (as when I attach the cable), then I hear the sound again...after a while this happens again...
This is not happening when using magnetic pickup, could be the battery only for piezo?

The battery in the Majesty is for both Magnetic and Piezo... Maybe a bad Cable ?

I would suggest that you describe your problem to the EBMM customer service. They will be able to help you.

It may be a piezo-related problem since it happens only when you're using the piezo.
