Help! Majesty - LED lights up blue all the time and I have no sound.

Hi I have a problem with Majesty. Yesterday everything was playing nice today. when I plug in the cable, the LED lights up blue all the time and I have no sound. I tried resetting it (took out the batteries, plugged in the cable and left it for 10 minutes) but this did nothing.... Please save!!!

That's what I wrote to the service and to the importer in Poland. I am waiting for a response. I hope my guitar recovers quickly....
