Hi, all!

Has anyone ever put any stickers or drew numbers on tone and volume pot knobs of an EBMM Majesty so they actually know what they’re dialed to?

Lately I have been using this guitar for blues playing and I have been using pots extensively. Volume, tone and piezo. I mix piezo with magnetics…

I was thinking about using a white 1mm permanent marker to write numbers on that black/grey rubber so I can see where I’m at. :)

I have always have a fine tip paint pen lying around for this kind of marking on effects pedals. I like Edding for metallics, Posca for colors. (I color code both ends of DC cables on a pedalboard, makes it super easy to find an undo connections). Paint usually comes off with Isopropyl Alcohol or naptha or electrical contact cleaner.

I usually replace everything with either MXR-style or marked, metal barrel-style knobs. But I don't have a Majesty, so that might look odd.

The great thing about knobs is that they are relatively cheap and easy to switch out if you don't like something.
