My new MM Majesty Silver Lining arrived today, looks stunning, feels amazing, however the neck pickup is jammed right up hard against the right side of the routing. So much so that the screw has marred up the finish and the strings don't line up too well with the pole pieces (the string alignment on the fretboard is slightly off also which makes it look worse). What a shame, whoever fitted that has made a bit of a mess of all the exceptional work that's gone into the rest of the guitar.

Its not a major flaw, but on a £2650 guitar its a little shoddy! :(

Hi Chris, welcome to the forum!

If you're not happy with it, if it's a new guitar and under warranty take it back to your dealer and let them look after you. You can also contact EBMM customer service directly for advice but the store you bought from is your first port of call.

My first thought - neck shifted in the neck pocket -> easy peasy:

But Majesty is a neck-through guitar 🤔
I'd take it back to the dealer.

I know it looks like a mark from a screwdriver, but out of curiosity, have you tried to wipe it off? I have had a few cases where there is a little leftover dried polish in crevices/corners that initially looks scary. I'm not sure if that would even apply to a Majesty, but I figued I'd ask.

Yeah I tried to wipe it off using a cotton bud, but it was definitely the screw head that's cut its way into the side of the hole. Never mind, the shop will exchange it, just hope that the UK importer has another silver in stock as I think it looks stunning, guess I could check out the copper one as that's pretty cool also.

Cool - figured I'd at least mention it. Glad to hear the shop is working with you.
