Indeed... but some people prefer talking about the endless options and features (woods, fret sizes, etc) that aren't really worth reviewing on a video (you must try them in person).

I guess Petrucci ain't too shabby either ;)

Definitely looking forward to the full DVD, as i saw them when they visited Denmark back in february.

A lot of people complaining about the mix.Cant hear Myung,Petrucci too loud
Mangini's drums sound magnificent,and his drum fill at 2:10.....Just genius!

I don't think its an overdub. They usually play 2 shows and then cut and splice the best video and best audio from each. I am kind of surprised that one was not done better though. Better off not showing him playing at that time.

Thanks,i wasn't sure how they did the dvd footage,but now i know,and i agree they shouldn't have shown him playing there

It may be just me but I don't like how JP sounds in this vid.
Compared it to older DT dvds/blurays I own and his sound leaves a lot to be desired, does anyone have an impression John uses amp modelling rather than his Boogie? Could be down to the mix but I've hear Maj sounding better then here.

I modded with an M7 lundgren n lemme tell you, when you drop mids, this Jp series sounds perfect scooped

Hope EBMM n Jp work with lace alumitones soon
