Making the rounds

today's a chill day. my girlfriend's at a friend's bbq so i bought Dexter Season 2 on iTunes and I've spent the last 5 or so hours on the couch watching Dexter and cycling thru my MM's

Ah its nice.

Started out hang out with the axis sport for a lil while. then grabbed the 20th for a change of pace. next... off to the JP for an episode or 2 and worked on sweep picking stuff and now its me and the bfr Luke. the standard silo's at work but i really gotta bring it home to hang with his kin.

these guitars kick ass. they all have their unique qualities which makes swapping between 'em a ton of fun. i might need a couple more

maybe i'll make tomorrow bass day. tho i think im out of spare bass strings which might make it a short day.

anyone else rather stay home and play guitar on a sunny day rather than going out?

ya pretty much. Dexter's a dude who was adopted by a cop when the cop walked into a crime scene and saw a little kid sitting in a pile of blood. due to this traumatic experience while growing up dexter always had urges to kill. so, his cop dad taught him to get the guys the cops dont get and how to cover up his tracks. so he's an adult now, working as a blood splatter expert for the miami pd and kills bad guys at night w/ surgical precision.

its a pretty awesome show.

I have season 1 of Dexter sitting right next to me, but haven't gotten around to watching it. I suppose today might be a good day to catch up on that.
