Serial number request and is that one a something special`?

Hey Ernie Ball support, after more than 15years of bass playing i get one. Today my Stingray is delivered. it is a very good in condition used one. It is a Stingray with active 3Way EQ in a black metalic color and matching headstock. Really a nice instrument. The serial is

#E08055

I am interessed in the production date and i ask myself: is this one something special. that color and matching headstock never seen bevore.
