Very nice! Now if I can demo them before I spend money I don't have.

The pedals all look to similar for my tastes. If I had more then one, with my luck, I could see going for the Chorus and getting a Octave:eek:

From what I hear about Markbass, though, I think I'll have to try them and see which one sounds best to me and try saving up money for that too:p

I am interested in the tube compressore because that would add that missink link (tube warmth) to an otherwise fantastic amp (CMD102P)

Chorus and riverbero also sound promising. Not too keen on distorsore because I am not into that type of rock headbangers sound. ;)

Travis, I respect your opinion and although it is not my main amp anymore, my Little Mark II has been rock solid for over three years now. I'm not sure what happened in your experience(s) but Markbass seems to have a pretty good track record when it comes to taking care of their customers.

269 Pounds for a chorus pedal?

They're not exactly a bargain, are they?

I haven't heard them, but if Markbass is this confident to ask that kind of money, the pedals better be extraordinary.

Well, they blew a tire and slammed headfirst into barrels filled with water when it came to Travis's amp. I do know what happened in his experience and based on it, I doubt I will buy another MB product in the future.

You hear horrible stories like that everywhere and in every company, personally I have had great reliability from my MB amp, and I shall continue to praise their products.

About the pedal range I was only able to try the Compressore and it was a very nice experience, it sounded great on the SVT amp I tried it with, overall the sound was not being tarnished by hiss or lack of bottom, as it happens with most of the other compressors, however I have not bought it for 2 reasons, one is that I actually own a Mark Bass amp and I find that these sound tight enough as it is, not to really need a compressor in the first place and secondly because I couldn't justify the price for one of them, when any penny counts now towards my financing a 25th anniversary.

I've learned my lesson with pedals.......the hard way. Back in 2006 I bought four of the models that Ashdown made.......overdrive, compressor, chorus, octave. Then when I got them I was less than happy. They were cheap, and the little glue on the meter failed, and I had to take the pedal apart to superglue the meter back in place. The chorus was a complete joke, and the the compressor only worked for two practices before it crapped out. I've looked into the EBS pedals, but didn't really like them. I did use some Digi-Tech pedals in the past and they were good pedals, but I prefer to stick with the Boss line.....since I've never had any issues with the Boss pedals.

The Ashdown pedals were bad quality, thats why they never took off. There are plenty of quality pedal makers out there.

I guess I had to go back to that thinking of "If it isn't broke, don't fix it". Boss pedals have always been true workhorses, and never let me down. Which is why I stick with them these days.
