OK, so kinda ball related,

About 15 years ago I used to teach guitar to the kids in the neighbourhood for a little extra cash.

My best pupil did rather well and is now a popular local musician and does some work for TV etc.

I was his Satch and he my Vai (not in a brokeback mountain way or anything!) anyway he showed up at mouse house last night after driving for over 4 hours, we opened up a few beers and he mentioned he'd brought his "New guitars" along, so he produced 2, well , lets just say the logo is from a company in carona california ?? - so he gave me a go and ........ yeah ok, I then produced my AL and he had a go, then went a bit quiet and left within a hour of gettin' balled up.

To cut a long story short I received a text message today with 2 ebay item numbers and I looked 'em up and both his strats are for sale!!!! Just doin' my bid and spreadin' the word!!!

Nice story Smelly.

Taking your avatar pic into account, I hope you cleaned the back of your AL before letting him try it out, not sure what kind of rash could be on there but it's unlikely to be buckle rash:D

Good job on spreading the word. If you need additional help or reinforcements, we can always loan you BP's henchmen to help encourage some of the more stubborn ones who think they can resist change!

Oh yeah, I can see it now. Instead of the standard Capitol One question, it'll be:

"What's in your guitar case!?!?"
