...not to mention me when I had hair!!

This is me on a live gig with my first Ball, a white Silo with a Floyd. I think it was 7/27/2005. On this gig I was guesting as a rhythm guitarist with a local prog-power trio called Peace Machine, opening up for an awesome blues guitarist named Greg Serrato.

I'm playing through my Mesa/Boogie Rectoverb and a 2x12 Trutone cab with G12H30s.

Enjoy!

How the gig go?? Did you just play all originals or covers??

Pretty good mix - power & blues?? hmmmmmm........

The gig went really well. We played all originals by Peace Machine. We were gonna do a Jeff Beck cover but dumped it at the last minute due to time restraints.

Like I said the gig went very well. They really dug having a 2nd guitar in there to fill out the mix and actually offered me the position of full-time rhythm guitarist in the band! I had to decline due to some preexisting reasons but I played out with 'em one or two other times. It wasn't an easy rhythm guitar slot to cover. Basically VH style rhythm playing without any leads... but I did it!

Greg Serrato was VERY cool to watch too. He used a Strat and a Marshall Mode Four... for Blues! Used a few pedals and got some killer tones out of that thing. I don't know how he did that. In the hands, I guess.
