Hello all.
I am sure that most of you don't know this: recently, my friend and bandmate Rod Morgenstein lost his wife. With heroic spirit, both Rod and Michele fought a long, hard battle against Michele's breast cancer. In her life, Michele was an incredible and inspiring person to me and many others.
Now, drummer and Berklee grad Kevin Fortunato is participating in a 60-mile, 3-day breast cancer walk for the Susan G. Komen Foundation, to honor Michele's memory, and to help others who need a cure.
Through Kevin's breast cancer walk webpage, you can donate as little as $5 to this worthy cause and you will receive a receipt for tax purposes. Please list your name on the honor roll -- and don't forget to specify "In Honor (or in Memory of) Michele Morgenstein" when that option appears (it comes up toward the end of the donation process).
Click here for all the info and to donate to Kevin's great effort.
