If you dig weird cover versions then you've gotta love this:

No EB instruments were harmed during the making of this video. At least I hope so. I wasn't there...

The greatest part about covering that Rocksugar song is the look on the crowds faces. The first time we covered it, I think we put it around the 5th song in our set. We started it, and everyone looked at us like oh god, their actually going to play a cover and their actually going to play enter sandman lol. You could tell a lot of people didn't care to hear us do enter sandman, so they started making their way to the bar. As soon as our singer started in with the words for Dont stop believing, they turned around and had that "what the hell" look on their facs, it was priceless. Needless to say, everyone in the bar sings along with it and it goes over so well lol. We only play it once ever 7 or 8 shows, and only when we can do a full set. It's a fun song to play!

well, it's not Metallica, but I happened to come across this a while back... good stuff.. hope you all enjoy it as much as I do

Sorry, this maybe should have been posted in the "Music Man vs. the Germans" thread since it apparently took place in Germany... my bad, their worse...

Man, that keyboard tone is to die for......

I love the jazz cover because while it's silly, it's silliness that took some real talent, I think they did a great job of making it loungy while not straying all that far from the actual song. kazzo man I dig too.

ivebenaplayin, I saw that video ages ago, and it still cracks me up lol. The one thing I never understood and have pondered about this video, is why are the bassist and guitarist standing so close together on that stage. I mean are they umm you know, umm, sharing the same monitor, umm, trying to feel each others playing, umm trying to feel more connected with each other, umm.....I don't know. However, I could totally see Koogie running in and drop kicking everyone on that stage! That, I would pay money to see!

How about this version?
