Where are the strings breaking? I mean very, very precisely where do the break? Bridge? Saddles? Tuning post? There may be a sharp edge or burr (which is normal due to the prolonged metal on metal pressure) that is increasing wear on the string. Precisely where the string break is where to go looking for the problem. Magnifying glass, jewellers loupe or digital camera with a good macro function can help you find it.

Secondly, and this may seem obvious thing but how much playing time are you putting on those strings before they break? Gigs are tough on strings because we often play with a lot more energy and of course sweat and skin oils can be corrosive and accelerate string wear. Back when I gigged regularly (3 or 4 gigs per week), I would change strings at least once a week. My rule of thumb, including home practice, rehearsal and gigs, was 10 - 15 hours playing time. That, coupled with good care and maintenance on my guitar (which at the time was a strat), made sure that string breakage on stage was exceptionally rare.
