my 2015 Majesty was working perfectly and then when I plugged it in the other day it was dead. Thinking it was just dead preamp batteries, I went ahead and changed those. I would get a blue light and a quick red flash but no sound after trying multiple times and hitting and switching all the knobs and switches. So I thought the rechargeable batteries that I usually use were dead and purchased brand new Duracells. Still nothing. When I plug in the 1/4 jack I get a brief blue light and thats it, no sound.
can you help me?

Welcome to the board!

And when you say dead, you mean zero sound whatsoever? No crackling or popping?

If so, I can think of a few possibilities:
1) There's a bad solder connection somewhere. I had this happen on one of my Sterling Axis guitars - a connection came unsoldered from the output jack. I was able to resolder it and all is well.
2) Something in the active circuitry has failed. You will probably need a new module.
3) Some other component, e.g. the volume or tone pot, has completely failed (pretty rare - they tend to get scratchy as they go bad).

I'd recommend pulling the cover off the electronics cavity and inspecting to see if there are any loose or de-soldered wires. You may want to try plugging the guitar in while inspecting, to see if you can isolate the problem. If everything looks solid, you may need to reach out to Music Man's customer service for further guidance.

Best of luck!
