Okay guys, first you can say "I told you so" - in a fit of vintage mania I let my EBMM go to "get in touch with my roots" using a T*l*c*s*e*. Well, I miss all the great things about an EBMM - the neck, the modern hardware, the neck, the rock-solid playability, did I mention the necks?
One thing this did lead me to find is I would like a guitar with a neck just a hair beefier than the Silo Special I used to have, plus I would like a bit beefier tone than regular single coils - without going to humbuckers.
So, for anyone who has owned both/compared both/etc., what were/are your main reasons for owning an Albert Lee with MM-90s vs. the Axis SuperSport with MM-90s?
Thanks in advance.
