Does anyone know where I could buy a MM or a EBMM neck? All maple preferably? I found a used body in a friends' basement, but he didn't know what happened to the neck. I'd really like to restore it. I've searched eBay and Craigslist and found nothing.

You can't buy necks from EBMM unless you are swapping an existing damaged neck. eBay, CL or this forum are your only real options. They do pop up occasionally, often from people who have replaced the factory neck with an aftermarket graphite neck.

You could try posting something in the Wanted to Buy sticky at the top of the forum.

You'll need to specify the model too, the necks don't swap except between Stingrays and Sabres. Any other bass and you'll need that model's neck only.

Pretty sure that Status is licensed to make graphite Stingray necks; at least they off them on their website.

I follow EBMM necks like some people follow the price of gold. The spot market price of an EBMM neck seems to be right around $10.00 an ounce.
